About the cable:
RG6 is a CATV coaxial cable used with Cable TV, Satellite and High Definition TV. It belongs to 75ohm series. It is the most popular coaxial cable for home TV installations due to its full frequency capacity.
RG6 tri-shield cable is with triple shield which can help further prevent line interference and noise.
Construction and Materials
Center Conductor – Bare Copper/CCS/CCA
Dielectric – Gas injected Foamed polyethylene providing mechanically stable and closed cell foam with high VP.
First Shield – over 100% coverage Al Foil shield providing excellent shield. It is bonded to the dielectric core.
Second Shield: Outer Conductor – Copper/CCA/Al-mg braiding wires with coverage at 60-90%
Third Shield: over 100% coverage Al Foil shield providing further protection of interference.
Jacket – A UV stable outer jacket of either polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride(PVC) or LSZH is available to protect the core during installation and use for outdoor.
Messenger – A galvanized steel wire is used as messenger for easy installation outdoor.
