1. Insulation sleeve shall be complete, clean, free of flashover and discharge traces and no bird nest nearby;

2. Good connection point contact without heating;

3. There is no collapse, softening and water accumulation of insulation glue;

4. Whether the terminal head is leaking oil, whether the lead bag and seal lead have electric cracks;

5. The interphase of core and lead wires and whether the ground distance meets the regulations, and whether the ground wire is intact;

6. Whether the phase color is obvious or consistent with the phase of the power system.
