The system consists of a detector and a dedicated sensing cable. The sensing cable is installed in a straight line or a curve, and its head end is connected to the detector by the feeder (as shown in the figure). The nominal length of each feeder is 3 meters, and the maximum length of each sensing cable is 400 meters.
